Better look ahead than turn around

I can trust a feeling this strong

Now without no sign or warning
A shot of light, a distant calling
Shakes me - shakes me!
Out of control, into a state of passion

So tell me now
Why do i?
Still change my mind
All the time
Is it a crime?
To believe in what used to be?

Suddenly my mind is working overtime
Recreates the visions from my past
Sends me on a journey back through space and time
Picks me up and lifts me off the ground

Just when i believe it's over
A tiny voice from nowhere reaches
Into my mind - screaming
It's not too late, but it is now or never
