Pitiful Poetry
de Ruth Garbus
I think she came from California
Like the flavor of the month
She had a big fat bitchy mouth
And kept it open way too much
I couldn't take it when she blew me off
When I couldn't get it up
She'd tell the whole town, she'd tell the whole world
I had to shut her up
Doo run doo run everywhere
Everywhere I go
People want to shake my hand
I killed Meg the
I killed Meg the
I killed Meg the Prom Queen
She had a turtle named McPumpkin
She read the Catcher in the Rye
Honor roll and cheerleader
We all wished she'd choke and die
Now that I'm older I don't regret it
As a matter of fact I'm pretty good with it
I chopped her up in my Monte Carlo
And dumped her in a ditch
It made me a hero
In the community
They told me confidentially
"Forget it, kid... you're covered"
