Meditate on Him, who contains this universe,
Whose Holy Name is the whisper on the lips of the entire creation.

Sat Guray Nameh, Siri Guru Devay Nameh

The Vedas, the Puranas and the Smritis, sustaining the purest truths,
Were created out of a portion of God's Name.

There comes a greatness beyond all praise.
To him who seeks only to gain a sight of Thee
Is granted the grace to save man.

It is the Name of God which dwells in the hearts of His lovers: Meditate...meditate
