Pat Kelly (n. 1949, Kingston, Jamaica) es un cantante de reggae cuya carrera se inició a fines de 1960.

Kelly nació en Kingston en 1949. Después de dejar la escuela, pasó un año estudiando electrónica en Springfield, Massachusetts, Estados Unidos durante 1966, antes de regresar a Jamaica.

En 1968, Kelly lanzó su carrera de solista.
