Differently, yet always so one-sidedly.
Briefly and never profoundedly.
Lack of time, lack of sympathy;
The way this inverted world works: affectedly.

Merely a vision, even if a narrow one,
An underestimated ambition never fades to the background.
Keeps coming up and coming up again,
Until the single second when everything's captured.

So focused in it's self-centralled reality,
Despises and leaves one's within unnoticed.
Only the figures and outside appearance count,
As the purpose is only to immortalize everything.

Never scenting the crucial atmosphere,
Just it's own angle and point of view.
Unilateral as well as shallow, but still...
Again the truth has been misinterpretted.

Greed and it's lethal companions,
Suffocate and re-prioritize morality.
Attached to once adventurous yet narrow gaze,
To those venal and always naive eyes,
To the twisted two-coloured amaze.

So it is and i can't change it;
Tender intension fades to penitance.
Helpless am i before those overrated lifelines,
That make difference unacceptable...
