Roberto Sosa Pérez, better known by his stage name DjBlack CapsulaMusic, was born in Aguada de Pasajeros, Cienfuegos, Cuba on September 28, 1989 into a humble and small family, being one of two brothers. As a child he had a penchant for music influenced by his father, drummer and amateur timpanist. In his adolescence he was already participating in curricular and extracurricular activities supporting the culture in his hometown.
In 2005 he underwent the entrance tests of the Octavio García Hernández School of Art Instructors in Cienfuegos, Cuba, passing the specialties of dance, plastic arts and music. During his studies, he excelled in bongos, a percussion instrument that paved the way for him to join the musical group Son Jóvenes in 2006. While in the group, he participated in cultural activities at the Hotel Pasacaballos dedicated to patients of the Miracle Mission at that time .
