I've been quiet all this time
I want to scream
Trapped within

As though my life was just a dream

A shrill pierce of static noise reaching into the depths of my life
And squeezing all emotion out of me into this empty pool

This virtual reality is all I feel when I think of how you let me down
And think of how you pushed me around
I feel hate for knowing you
And all I can do is conform
Leave me alone in this silence
I refuse to pay your pentance
