As i lie awake, in the other room
I could probably stay awake until noon time
So frustrating knowing what could be
What's even worse is she used to belong to me

As i toss and turn, there's nothing i can do

But if she could sleep maybe we could make up
But i just can't seem to wake her up this time

I know she'd tell herself maybe she might need

Like me, i wish she couldnt sleep

8am and she's not at home
Stayed out all night wonder if she's all alone or
With someone new and she wont even call
To ease my mind just to help me break the fall

Now i'm felling all the things i put her through
but if she couldn't sleep maybe we could make up
